Soya protein concentrate is an excellent protein for human food. In soy protein concentrate many of the objectionable compounds associated with soy flakes are removed to get a bland product which can be used in place of soya floor at a higher concentration. The unique method of manufacturing allows the concentrate to retain the nutritional quality as that of original material. Flatulence producing soluble sugars is completely removed in soy protein concentrate.
