Soya protein hydrolysate
Soya protein hydrolysate is manufactured by proteolysis of defatted soya to recover protein in soluble form with high protein percentage and improved nutritional quality. The process also results in product with reduced trypsin inhibitors, very low urease and lipoxigenase activity
