Working principle

The roller device should be titled on the frame when it is installed, the motor through reducer is connected with the roller device via the coupling, driving the roller device to rotate around its axis.When the equipment begin to work, the material enters the roller device, the material on the screen is turned and rolled because of the tilting and rotation of the roller device. The qualified material is discharged through the screen of the outer circle of the roller. The unqualified material is discharged through the end of the roller. In the rolling process, the upper part of the screen will always tap the roller device to prevent the material stuck in the screen to affect the use of the screen. Meanwhile, the spray of the trommel screen can wash the surface and material of the screen during the rotation of the roller device to make the material cleaner.
