SGJ Cocoa Bean Nibs Grinder Peanut Butter Colloid Mill is the new product developed with the experience of producing colloid mill in many years. The machine is mainly applied for the micro-fabrication of materials that are hard to be processed in industries such as foodstuff, chemical engineering, chemical industry concerned with products for daily use, pharmacy, plastics, coating, liquefied compound fertilizer, especially for processing materials with high oil contents of peanut, sesames, rape seeds, mustard, cacao bean, and almonds. Working Principle

By means of the relative movement of the special geometric shaped rotor and stator in high revolving speed, materials pushed by feed propeller enter into the variable annular clearance; will be subjected to strong centrifugal, sheering and milling force.

•  In order to prevent the corrosion of main parts occurred during processing of corrosive materials and to meet the needs of food hygiene, high-grade stainless steel in chose for manufacturing.
• The rotor disc and stator disc are produced by special abradant with adhesive and confirmed by strict performance test, so possessed of high strength and corrosion-resistant also. Different discs may be replaced according to different uses and different properties of materials to be processed.
• Equipped with micro adjusting system for adjusting of grinding-gap, so the working clearance and the wear and tear of discs may be observed directly and hence easy and safe to operate.
• Reliable feeding by use of interlock control for feeding system and mill head.
• Equipped with circulating cooling system to control the temperature rise of material processed effectively.
