1 introduction of the machine

The JLSB-30 is a comprehensive equipment for paddy -processing, less chaff containing and less broken. mill of a new generation . It is composed of feeding hopper paddy huskin unit,separating unit for brown rice and chaff,milling unit and air jet blower,etc .

2 Working principle of the equipment

Paddy first goes into machine through vibrating sieve and magnet device, and then passes rubber-roller for hulling. After air blowing and air jeting to the milling room, the paddy finishes the process of husking and milling in succession. Then husk, chaff, runtish, paddy, and white rice are pushed out of machine respectively.
