Main applications

It can be used in cutting all kinds of roots, vines, herbs, fibrous medicinal materials either soft or hard; and it can also be used in cutting kelp, food, tobacco,etc.

 Working principle

With eccentrically mechanical transmission, the blade runs with up and down reciprocating motion. Raw materials are sent to knife gate by conveyor chain, and cut into slices with desired thickness. Slice thickness adjusted by the rotating of screw rod on eccentric block.

With conveyor belt forward and backward function, the stainless steel chain continuously conveys material. The machine has the advantage of stable and simple operation, high production efficiency, low noise, easy maintenance, as well as in line with the GMP.
