Process description of coconut hust processing line

            
            1. Defibering machine process coconut hust into coconut
            fiber and coconut peat.

Defibering machine

Rotary screen

              
The
              rotary screen is mainly used to sieve the fiber and
              peat from the defibering machine. Because the
              material is evenly screened from the inside of the
              defibering machine, there will be a small amount of
              coconut peat inside the fiber. Therefore, further
              screening is required.

Dehydrating machine

              
              
              The dehydrating
              machine system supporting process is unique, stable,
              and reliable. The triple equalization structure can
              make the materials spread more evenly on the top of
              the filter belt, and the filter cake pressed out has
              a better effect, bigger output, and lower
              moisture.
            

Rotary drum dryer

              
              
              
              Dotary drum dryer is also called rotary dryer.
