Introduction

Pallet block making machine line is the production line of producing raw materials into wood pallet blocks. The final pallet blocks can be used in packing industry, warehousing industry, and logistics industry. The pallet blocks have the characteristics of smooth surface, water proof, and durability.

Pallet block making machine line consists of four main machines: wood crushing machine, rotary drum drying machine, glue mixing machine and pallet block making machine (the main machine of the wood block production line).

Raw Material

1. Wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips and other waste wood material.

2. Urea formaldehyde glue.

Technology process

There are five main sections in the whole process of pallet block making machine line.

1. Raw material preparation section

Transport wood raw materials to the factory, and the raw materials are sorted according to tree species.

Option 1: drum wood chipper chips wood, branches, and other short materials, into a qualified piece. And then ring wood flake machine crushes the wood chip into qualified wood shavings, lastly sent to the wet shavings warehouse.

Option 2: wood slicing machine slices timber raw materials into qualified shavings one time. And then sent to the wet shavings warehouse.

2. Drying section

Screw conveyor transports the quantitative shavings output of wet silo into rotary drum drying machine. Then the dried shavings are sent into shaving silo.

3. Mixing glue section

Glue mixing machine is used to mix the dried materials with glue evenly.

4. Pressing section

Pallet block making machine extrudes the long wood strips of half-finished products with high pressure.

5. Cutting section. Block cutting machine cut the long half-finished into the final size block.

Final pallet block features

Pallet block size is 90*90 mm, 90*100 mm, 100*100 mm, 80*90 mm. the block also can be customized, and the size range from 75*75-145*145mm. Besides, one machine could make two different sizes block.

The block can be customized, and it can have one hole in the center or without the hole. The wood block is made with high waterproof performance. They can be put into water for 48 hours without break.
