The flow process:

1. Chipping. Wood chipper machine can chip raw materials into wood chips, about 5 cm in length, 3 cm in width, 1 cm in thickness, if the raw materials are large sizes.

2. Crushing. Wood crushing machine crushes the bigger size wood chips again in order to get better raw materials to make the pallet. The size of raw materials after crush is about 5 cm in length, 3 mm in width, and 1 mm in thickness.

3. Drying. In order to get better pallet, the moisture content of the raw materials should be 5%. That means a better wood drying machine is necessary.

4. Mixing. Glue mixing machine stirs the raw materials with glue. The ratio of raw materials to the glue is 85:15.

5. Pressing. Put the raw materials mixed with glue into presswood pallet machine, using automatic or manual operation to press, keep pressure for a little while, and then get the finished compressed wood pallet.
