一. Anti-CO2 corrosion inhibitor HS-01 is a nitrogen-containing five-membered heterocyclic compound, which belongs to adsorption membrane corrosion inhibitor and is oil-soluble and water-dispersible. There are polar and non-polar groups. The polar groups are adsorbed on the metal surface, and the long chain of non-polar groups are aligned from the metal surface to the solvent. On the one hand, corrosion inhibitors change the charge state of metal surface, increase the activation energy of corrosion reaction and make corrosion difficult; on the other hand, non-polar groups are closely arranged on the metal surface to form hydrophobic film, which prevents the charge or material migration related to corrosion reaction and achieves the purpose of inhibiting corrosion.
