This router features a built-in 3G/4G mobile data modem thats capable of transferring up to 1.2 Gb/s to supplement the Gigabit Ethernet WAN port. inserting a SIM card from a supported mobile data provider enables the cellular modem, offering a fallback if your Fibre, DSL, or cable modem loses connection. It is also an ideal solution if you dont have access to access to a traditional fixed line internet connection to providers. You can add up to two separately purchased SMA antennas to the router to boost the cellular signal. Note that data plan fees may apply.

The Orbi LBR20 provides 802.11ac Wi-Fi data speeds of up to 400 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz signal and 866 Mb/s through the 5 GHz frequency. MU-MIMO technology allows for simultaneous data streaming with multiple devices while implicit and explicit Beamforming help to maintain strong connections over long distances, delivering up to 2,000 square feet of coverage for smooth 4K video streaming, online gaming, and internet browsing. You can expand coverage by adding compatible Orbi tri-band mesh Wi-Fi satellites to the network, which communicate directly with the router through a dedicated 5 GHz, 866 Mb/s signal for fast and consistent speeds. A Gigabit Ethernet port is located on the back of the router for connecting wired devices such as computers, video game consoles, smart TVs, and more.
