Toroidal magnetic cores are made of thin (18 -20 mm) Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbon and have high permeability in a wide frequency range, high saturation induction, low-loss, increased operating temperature (up to 120 ° C), good thermal stability. T
Magnetic cores have typical valuation of magnetic permeability 90 000 (at frequency 10 kHz) and more.

· CONFIGURATION:
Ribbon wound magnetic core is placed into hard protective container of glass-filled polyamide or aluminum alloy and mechanically fixed with silicone joint sealant. The container has rounded edges and is designed for direct winding of a thick wire. The container provides a reliable mechanical protection and preservation of nanocrystalline material's properties. The new series is also available without container, with epoxy high-temperature powder coating (MSFNP-TH). All materials conform to standard UL94V-0/1.
