The MEX-02-NWVT series of vibration temperature sensors are
industrial-grade sensors designed for equipment condition
monitoring and troubleshooting analysis applications. The sensors
are manufactured from rugged alloy steel and the internal
electronic components are specially isolated and designed to
minimise noise. The MEX-02-NWVT series of vibration temperature
sensors are characterized by low noise, high accuracy, waterproof
and explosion-proof, ruggedness, and durability, and are suitable
for prolonged use in a variety of harsh industrial environments.
The sensor uses a high-performance three-axis MEMS chip, the
output signal is more stable and antiinterference ability is
stronger. The sensor adopts an industrial-grade structural
design, which can collect the temperature and vibration signals
of the measured equipment completely and without damage. The
products are widely used to detect various mechanical
abnormalities and faults, including unbalance, looseness, bearing
pitting and wear of rotating equipment, reduction gearbox
failures, gear failures, and so on. The sensor supports 4-20mA
signal output and RS-485 communication protocol, which allows
users to connect directly to PLCs, DCSs and other industrial
controllers. Users can connect directly to PLCs, DCSs and other
industrial controllers, or read the sensor's characteristic data
via Modbus protocol. This allows users to remotely monitor the
vibration and temperature parameters of the equipment, discover
abnormal operating conditions in a timely manner, ensure the safe
operation of the equipment, avoid unplanned downtime, and thus
reduce operation and maintenance time and costs.
