1. Do I need a mattress protector or mattress pad for my Mattress?

Mattress protectors are the best choice to protect your mattress from life's little accidents. And ours is waterproof and machine washable.

2. How is your quality control?

With completed production lines, we follow Walmart's quality control and inspection standard in each step from raw materials to finished goods. Product certification such as CertiPUR-US / Euro-PUR / CFR1633 / BS7177 / BS5852. Factory certification such as BSC, IS09001, IS04001, ISO45001.

3. How is your packing for overseas purchasing?

There are three main packing ways, more requirements from you are acceptable.

a. Flat vacuum compression: vacuum compressed in PE bag, and packed into wooden pallet

b. Roll-packing: vacuum compressed and rolled in PE bag, and packed into carton or plastic bag.

c. Non-compressed packing: PE bag + craft paper.

4. How do you provide samples?

Samples are available and to be negotiated. The shipping charge is paid by clients.
