Product Details

This device can combine with material A and B automatically at first according to the set data, then pour into those prepared products with filling ports. It’s available to those which need to pot with one or two polymers, such as capacitor, inductor, LED package, waterproof and dampproof package for PCB. Ratio between two materials can be set according to production.

Machine consists of two parts, one is mixing component, the other is pouring component. The mixing is for material feeding, heat-and-stir, vacuum sucking, mix-and-pour. The pouring component is with a three-axes system, which allows you to set movement program according to different product arrangement.
