Product Details

It’s available to spray for the surface of flat or cylindrical metal-film cores after hot press process.

Device equips with 2 spraying chambers which allows to work at the same time so as to increase spraying efficiency. 2 or 4 guns can be chosen according to requirement of customer.

Material is also can be selected in zinc, tin, or their alloy. The utilization rate is 10% above better than the former one. Spraying thickness is controlled by servo system to ensure the spraying uniformity.

The whole device is made of materials of sound-proof and dust-proof, so there is not leakage of dust and noisy occur.
