JS Polymer waterproof slurry is made from Synthesis of polymer emulsion(such as polyacrylate, polyvinyl acetate, styrene butadiene rubber emulsion)and various additives. Therefore, it is a waterproof material with high elasticity and good durability.

Scope of application

It can be applied on the surface of wet or dry masonry, mortar, concrete, metal, wood, hard plastic, glass, gypsum board, foam board, rubber, and so on. Its applicable to houses, underground works, tunnels, bridges, pools, etc too. They can also be used as stickers, especially suitable for basement, underground tunnel, bathroom room, pool, etc., where the place is wet and immersed in water for a long time.

Product Features

1. Its a kind of environmental products. Type “I” has feature of UV resistance, weather resistance, especially suitable for roof waterproofing engineering.

Base surface dispostion

1.The base surface must be stable, clean, flat, dust-free and oil-free. If there are obvious voids and sandholes, must block and smooth them using cement mortar. Sharp edges should be removed too.

2.The leakage place must be blocked in advance. The internal angle and external angle should be made into a circular arc.

Construction Guidance

1. First of all, pour the additive into the bucket (or other container), stir with a slow electric drill (about 4000 rpm / min), and slowly add the matching powder, stir for 4- 5 minutes until it become even, and then place it statically for 5 minutes before you use it.

2. If the base layer is too dry, moisturize the base a little but not make it to wet to see water. Reinforce it to where cracks may occur. The configured paint should be used up within 4 hours.

3. Brushing should be twice at least, the second time must wait until it become dry and not stick to the hand. Two brushes should be cross-vertically in order to achieve the best coverage effect

Validity Period & Storage conditions

Original sealed products should be placed in dry and cool places. The validity period is 12 months.
