Scope of Application:
This intelligent warping machine is applicable for weaving
preparation
for worsted fabric, strong twist filament fabric, yarn-dyed
fabric,
natural silk fabric, towel fabric and cloth for special
industry.
Main technical features:
1.The axial displacement of operating floor of warping machine
is
controlled by high-accuracy servo motor. Positioning of starting
point
and bar can be completed by pressing one button once.
2.Operating floor of warping machine can be moved radially with
the
increase of yarn thickness, controlled by independent stepping
motor,
which can keep the same distance between tentering hoop and
formed
yarn surface. The distance can be set according the
process
requirements.
3.New technology of variable speed is applied and controlled
by
computer to reach the stepless speed regulation. Keeping the
constant
linear speed of winding and backing-off on the yard feeding of
large
roller.
4.Advanced technologies, such as computer and PLC, is applied, as
a
result it has the function of total length counting, roll length
counting,
bar counting and memory of broken end, as well as function
of
automatic stop with required total length, required total roll
length and
broken end.
