IR006CA 640×512 Vanadium Oxide Uncooled Infrared Thermal Imaging Core, 9.1mm F1.0 Lens 50fps Low Latency Thermal Camera

IR006CA is a miniature industrial uncooled thermal imaging core equipped with vanadium oxide infrared focal plane array detector. It delivers high 640×512 resolution and works within 7000nm–14000nm long infrared wavelength range. Matched with 9.1mm F1.0 large-aperture lens, it brings 48.0° horizontal field of view and excellent long-distance detection capability. The module runs at 50fps frame rate with ultra-low latency less than 20ms to eliminate motion blur. It only weighs 61g with power consumption below 1.5W, featuring 9V~24V wide voltage input, PAL analog video output, and stable operation from -20℃ to 60℃. Widely used in drone inspection, vehicle night vision, industrial temperature detection, security monitoring and fire early warning.
