Long life of the seal

The seal design which is the self-sealing structure is suitable for dynamic sealing, the reciprocating guide structure of the piston, and the cover end has a dustproof and anti-fouling sealing ring, etc., which can guarantee a long service life.

Atmospheric shell protection

The design of the normal pressure shell, as the structural protection component of the cylinder, piston, and spring, acts as a buffer and isolation to prevent damage to the personnel or equipment when internal pressure leakage occurs.

All non-stainless steel parts’ surface are treated with anticorrosive coating, which improves the corrosion resistance.

Overvoltage protection:

The pressure chamber is equipped with a pressure relief device that could be Over pressurized to protect the operator from injury.It is set extemally, easy to check and replace on the spot.

Reliable verification of bonnet seal/packing seal/stem seal:

The sealing performance can be verified by the valve cover connecting test accessories to ensure the reliability of sealing.

Valve position limit setting:

The position limit of the valve is provided with adjusting pad, which is located at the top of the sealing gland. During the opening process, contact the end face of the stem nut and the adjustment pad to ensure that the valve position is fully open.

Multiple protection against well sources:

Back-up seal of stem with metal to metal sealing, packing sealing of bonnet and stem, and O-type sealing.
