LTD373H Features and performance

It is widely used for cutting off or regulating medium flow in low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure, steel, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, electric power and other industrial pipelines.

The valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric oblique cone seat sealing pair, and the butterfly plate seal is formed by laminating a new metal piece and an elastic material and is fitted on the butterfly plate to match the valve seat. The disc is swayed and pressed tightly, so the frictional resistance of the sealing surface is small, and the tighter function is closed when closed, so that the sealing performance is reliable, and the opening ensures that the sealing surface is completely out of contact, thereby ensuring that the sealing surface is not damaged.

The butterfly valve structural feature eliminates the disadvantages of other types of butterfly valves that are over-opened and cannot be sealed, and can be used normally at high temperatures, overcoming the shortcomings of other types of valves that are prone to leakage due to thermal expansion when applied at high temperatures.

The butterfly valve selects different sealing surface materials according to the requirements of the use medium to ensure that the sealing surface is resistant to abrasion, erosion, corrosion and long service life.
