The specific processing technology of scraper is as follows: blanking → heating → forging blank → punching → removing burr → tempering → shot blasting → surface treatment → quality inspection. Forging process is the key of processing technology. After the blank is heated in the reheating furnace, the blank is made by forging hammer. During the forging process, the oxide skin on the blank surface is knocked off, and the depth and hardness of the hardening layer of the scraper blank are more guaranteed.
