The sprocket shaft set is assembled on the head frame, and the sprocket shaft set is mainly composed of bearing cover, bearing seat, sprocket wheel, shaft, oil seal, sleeve, screw plug and rolling bearing.

Sprocket forges alloy steel as a whole. The tooth shape is formed by NUMERICAL control processing. Tooth surface quenching treatment. The inner hole is involute spline, which is assembled with the shaft, and the power is transferred from the reducer output to the sprocket spline through the sprocket shaft, thus driving the operation of the scraper chain. The sprocket shaft assembly can be disassembled in the head drive for easy repair. The sprocket shaft group is a centralized type with thin oil stored in the oil tank for lubrication. The used lubricating oil can enter the sprocket shaft group through the hose of the oil tank, which is convenient for refueling and optimizes the internal environment of the sprocket shaft group, thus prolongs the service life of the sprocket shaft group.

When in use, attention should be paid to the sprocket shaft set of the head and tail after being generally put into use, when the tooth surface wear of one side reaches 2mm, it is recommended to surfacing and grinding treatment, or to change the installation direction of the sprocket shaft set to extend its service life. When the wear amount reaches 6 mm, or the occurrence of abnormal meshing phenomenon such as the clip chain, should immediately stop using, otherwise the abnormal impact will likely cause the reducer tooth or broken chain and other accidents.
