Applicable to various fabrics:Cotton,Modal,Viscose,Tencel,Rayon,Wool,Acrylic,Lyocell,Nylon,Polyester blended and lycra blended.With a specially-designed nozzle structure, it enables the fabrics in loose and expanded conditions during the dyeing process. It has an excellent performance in dyeing tight and heavy fabrics and can eliminate the crease mark problem, which is usually seen in other dyeing machines.Machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with pressure vessel standards GB 150, with maximum working temperature of 140 degrees and maximum working pressure of 0.36 Mpa. All parts in touch with dye liquor is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel S31603 (316L) material. With a specially-designed nozzle structure, it enables the fabrics in loose and expanded conditions during the dyeing process. It has an excellent performance in dyeing tight and heavy fabrics and can eliminate the crease mark problem,which is usually seen in other dyeing machines. Meanwhile, the machine has two ropes loading capability.
