This machine is used for peeling fruits and vegetables, with high peel removal rate, and good adaptability to the shape of fruits. It combines the six action of peeling, end cutting, nucleus poking, cutting into pieces, separating and protecting color. It can work effectively with 20 popular fruits and vegetables, including kiwi, pear, persimmon, orange, lemon, kohlrabi, mango, avocado, grapefruit and guava. It can automatically find the height and thickness of the fruit, so it has a good adaptability to the irregular shape of the fruit. 
The cutter automatically tracks the changes in the shape of the fruit, so the fruit loss is low.

The main built of the machine is composed of food-grade 304 stainless steel. It adopts the Japanese Omron brand for the computerized control and other electronic components. Manufacturing has obtained the EU CE certification.

To operate:
1. Set the parameters on the touch screen
2. Put the color protection liquid in the slot of the machine
3. Put the fruits and vegetables into the fruit holder
4. Machine automatically peel, cut ends, poke the core, cut the petals, separate and protect the color
5. Output comes into 3 discharge ports: port 1 for peel, port 2 for pulp/flesh and port 3 for other cuttings.

This essential equipment for fruit and vegetable processing comes in 2 versions. The small fruit peeling machine mainly processes small fruits such as apples, mangos, citrus, pears, apples, taro, kiwi and other small fruits and vegetables. The peeling height can be adjusted automatically. After the latest improvement of the machine, mangoes can be pitted at the same time, and the peeling height can reach 15cm.

The big fruit peeling machine mainly processes big fruits such as grapefruit, pumpkin, big taro, pineapple, jackfruit, winter melon, watermelon, cantaloupe and other fruit and vegetables in similar size. The peeling height can also be adjusted automatically.
