Material:
S. S 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 430, 904 and 904L.
Etc.
304 Stainless Steel Wire Cloth is the most common
stainless alloy used in wire weaving. Excellent
corrosion properties and can withstand temperatures
of 1100 Degrees F.
304L Stainless Steel Wire Cloth has similar
properties as 304ss but lower carbon content to
permit better welding.
316 Stainless Steel Wire Cloth has similar
properties to 304ss but is stabilized by the
addition of Molybdenum for increased resistance to
chemical corrosion.
316L Stainless Steel Wire Cloth has similar
properties as 316ss but lower carbon content to
permit better welding.
Characteristics:
Made by stretching and drawing through moulds, the
product is characterized by acid-alkali resistance,
high tensile strength, intercrystalline corrosion
resistance, smooth surface and bright color.
Performance:
Acid resistance, alkaline resistance, high
temperature resistance, strong tension, and good
abrasion resistance.
Weaving type:
Plain weave, twill weave, Dutch weave (plain),
Dutch weave (twill).
Usage:
Used for screening and filtering in the acid or
alkaline environment, and used as a mud mesh in
petroleum industry, as a screen mesh in chemical
industry, and as a pickling mesh in electroplating
industry.
