FRP exhaust gas absorption tower is made of flame retardant vinyl unsaturated resin as the matrix, alkali-free and twist-free glass fiber as the reinforcing material, and is made through several production processes. Main treatment: nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid. It can also treat phosphoric acid and boric acid. The actual application proves that its purification efficiency is more than 95%, and the treated waste gas is discharged up to standard. The FRP absorption tower is divided into the upper tower body, the cylinder and the circulating liquid tank, and there are two layers of packing in the tower, a layer of oblique corrugated plates, and two layers of stepped rings, which have a large surface area of gas-liquid contact and high mass transfer efficiency. The exterior is made of aging resistant flame retardant polyester resin, and the exterior is made of aging resistant flame retardant polyester resin, which is a circular overlapping segmented structure. The FRP absorption tower produced by the company has the advantages of high strength, simple structure, convenient production, small footprint, high purification efficiency, etc., and has reached the national standard.

The absorption tower is mainly composed of a box, an air inlet, an adsorption section and an air outlet. In the adsorption section, the adsorbent is filled according to the type of waste gas to be treated. The acid-containing waste gas enters the box from the air inlet, and then passes through the adsorption section, and is purified in the adsorption section, and the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere by the ventilator.

Precautions:

1. This equipment should be installed on the anti-corrosion foundation 100mm above the ground, and the acid-resistant water pump should be used as the anti-corrosion foundation;

2. The equipment should be installed indoors to prevent the impact of winter cold on the equipment and absorbent liquid or to do a good job of moisturizing measures, and the equipment in the southern region can be installed outdoors;

3. If there is no PH control device, the concentration of acid and alkali should be checked regularly and adjusted at any time;

4. Regularly check the blockage of nozzles and fillers, and clean up in time when encountering problems.

1. The installation of the equipment indoors or outdoors does not affect the use effect.

2. This equipment can be used with a dry paint mist purifier, which can be used to purify organic waste gas in other paint spray rooms with paint mist purification facilities, and can also treat organic waste gas and odorous gas separately.

3. The equipment needs to be regularly checked for purification effect, and the carbon fiber should be regenerated in time after saturation.

4. The coke filter mist installed in the filter section of the equipment should be cleaned regularly, otherwise the emission effect will be affected.
