Fully automatic coke reactive sample preparation equipment is independently developed by our company according to GB/T4000-2017 "Determination of coke reactivity index (CRI) and coke strength after reaction (CSR)"and the sampling method stipulated in GB/T1997. The automatic coke reactive sample preparation equipment includes three components: TT-ZY01 sample preparation control system, TT-ZY coke reactive sample preparation machine, and TT-JH coke reactive sample preparation purification system. The system belongs to the mechanized ball making system, which integrates crushing, grinding, chamfering and screening. It is simple and convenient to operate and maintain, with a high degree of automation and stable test data. It can eliminate human factors, increase the representativeness of sample preparation, unify the shape of samples, and truly reflect the thermal performance value of coke. It meets the requirements of test repeatability, reproducibility and ironmaking coke skeleton thermal performance. Making pellets from coke is a cumbersome job. This system can reduce labor intensity, optimize pelleting procedures, improve the quality and effect of pellets, and improve the hygienic environment in sample preparation.

●Technical features of fully automatic coke reactive sample preparation equipment

1. The ball making speed is fast, 5-10 minutes per sample. The ball making time of similar products is 45 minutes-2 hours/sample or more.

2. Less material is used, and the ball output rate is high. More than 400g of spherical coke samples can be produced by only inputting 5kg of coke at a time. While similar products feed more than 10kg at a time, the ball output is only about 300g.

3. The shaping sieve can pop out automatically after use, which is convenient for cleaning, no ball jamming, and no mixing of materials. However, similar products get stuck in balls, mix materials, and are not easy to clean up, which affects the data.

4. Exclusively adopts "PLC microcomputer optimization program + frequency converter" to control and adjust the spindle speed, which is suitable for cokes with CSR strength as low as about 30% and as high as 70% or more. For 40kg small coke oven, the quantity and strength of the smelting are small Low coke can also form balls normally. However, similar products adopt "no PLC, non-variable speed" crushing, which will cause excessive pulverization, leaving only the part with high coke strength, which will lead to "falsely high" data. For 40kg small coke oven coke cannot be pelletized.

5. The process of artificial hand hammer smashing is simulated to the greatest extent, and the air holes are not blocked. However, the grinding ball process of similar products is easy to block the coke pores, resulting in a 5-7% increase in CSR.

6. The fully automatic coke reactive sample preparation equipment integrates crushing, grinding, chamfering and screening, and comes with a dust removal device to reduce the size of the equipment and the floor area; after feeding, one-key start, and alarm after completion, reducing manual labor strength. Fully enclosed design, touch screen one-button operation. The power is small, and the power of the whole set of equipment is about 5KW. Common wear parts such as hammer head and shaping screen can be replaced separately.
