Our company designs coke reactivity and post-reaction strength test equipment according to GB/T4000-2017 "Determination of coke reactivity index (CRI) and post-reaction coke strength (CSR)". It has a computer software copyright registration certificate. It is divided into single Furnace, double furnace, top furnace loading, bottom loading, etc. The equipment has highly automated and stable test data, and thoroughly solves the key factors affecting the accuracy of coke reactivity data: (<>) The dynamic constant temperature zone is long enough; ( < > ) Gas The flow rate is accurate enough; (<>) The specific surface area of the coke ball is consistent.
● Technical characteristics of coke Reactivity and post-reaction strength measuring device
1. Using the heating element imported from Sweden, it can be used for more than two years without frequent replacement of the furnace wire. The furnace adopts a three-section type, and the upper, middle and lower sections can be replaced separately, thus greatly reducing the cost of spare parts.
2. The PLC control system adopts German Siemens S7-200SMART control system, which has high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and stable operation.
3. The gas adopts a high-precision mass flow controller, and has monitoring and high-pressure and low-pressure alarms. It is not enough for double furnace equipment to have the function of automatically switching the gas pressure to another bottle. Even under the premise of unattended operation, normal equipment operation can be guaranteed.
4. The temperature of the test furnace is measured by a single three-core thermocouple, as well as the temperature of the heating body and the upper and middle, and the lower part of the sample is monitored in real time.
