The Expanded Insulation Board Production Line is also called Thermal Insulation Board Making Machine, it is specially used to produce different size of insulation board.
The whole board production include five parts: bucket elevator, mixing mixer with platform, spray colloidal liquid pump, hopper, board pressing machine.
1. Workshop area: 100-200m2, all factory area 2000m2, the bigger, the better.
2. Workers : 4
3. Ratio of raw material:cement 5%-10%, perlite 70%-80% ,others are foam agent.
4. Board size: 300*600mm, 90*210mm, or customized
5. Curing: Natural curing or drying.

The expanded perlite and vermiculite are new building materials of fireproof thermal insulation board for wall, for ceiling, for pipe, for tank, for medical usage, and other fields.
