The impurity separating : DS66L adopts a combined impurities separating, the free falling and the accurate sucking. Heavy sucking, heavy and big impurities are removed through centrifugal force; light and small ones are sucked. The process fan and impurity sucking fan need only small negative pressure, so that the power consumption is lower, compared with other machines that use full sucking mode.

In comparison, other machines use normally full sucking mode to remove the impurities, so that they need higher negative pressure, resulting more fiber loss and low production.

The reason of excellent yarn evenness is different fiber transmission channel.

DS66L is designed with a long fiber transmission; meanwhile the speed on the front is higher than the rear end , therefore the bent and twisted fibers are stretched in the long channel, and a even yarn is achieved. In comparison, other machines use a short fiber transmission channel, so that its yarn may contain more bent or twisted fiber, resulting uneven yarn.

The air compensation function can precisely control the winding tension in piecing.
