The BIB Box in Bag Aseptic Filling Machine is a small bag aseptic filling machine developed by our company specifically for packages of 50 liters or less, based on Italian technology. It mainly consists of an aseptic filling system, a metering system, a human-machine interface and PLC control system, an operation platform, and a conveying system. It is specifically used for filling 1-50L aseptic bags, with the packaging bags being made of aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bags. After sterilization, the material is filled in the aseptic room using a mechanical hand to complete the actions of opening the bag, filling, and pressing the lid, avoiding external contamination to achieve the effect of aseptic filling. It is widely used in the juice, jam, dairy, coffee, and fruit wine industries.

Main Features:

◎Except for the motor, electrical configuration, and soft connection, all parts are made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel.

◎Compared with traditional big bag filling machines, the filling speed is faster, the measurement is more precise, the operation is more convenient, the material backflow is less, and the quality is higher;

◎The filling capacity can be freely set within the range of 1-50L to meet the needs of bags of different specifications and sizes, making production more flexible;

◎Two types of metering systems can be selected: weight measurement or flow meter measurement, with precise measurement;

◎The steam barrier protection device is used for the movable joints of the material pipeline, and the sterilization is carried out in the filling room by steam to maintain a sterile state continuously, ensuring safe filling;

◎A condensate collection device is provided to avoid condensate dripping;

◎The bag-holding mouth design is reasonable, the bag-holding, and lid-removing actions are accurate, without damaging the bag mouth, and the equipment runs smoothly.
