Vacumm is generated by application of air jetting effect to allow the moisture absorbing to soft foams and discharged along with front of the pipeline cleaner.

The sealing performance of rear end plate is utilized to absorb, carry and disperse the moisture for the purpose of dring the pipeline. The soft foams of the product are functioning absorption of the water contents while the rear end plate functioning sealing. The rear end plate is made of polyvinyl fluoride resin molded materials to furnish sealing performance and maximize the carriage and pushing of residual water in the pipeline, and owning to its excellent elasticity, the sealing performance cannot be affected by the pipeline defromation.
