The UK series CNC roller fluting machine is a basic product independently developed by our company, specially designed for fluting processing of flour mill rollers, feed crumbler rollers, oilseed cracking rollers and oilseed/food flaking rollers. Its unique mechanical structure has been granted multiple national patents.

1.Excellent machining accuracy with strict quality control standards
It adopts a double-layer table structure connected by 18 sets of M16 bolts, ensuring the straightness of the roller top generatrix is controlled within 0.01mm with convenient post-adjustment. The design, machining and assembly of all components strictly comply with national machine tool industry standards, and strict factory inspection specifications are implemented. The straightness of the top/side generatrix and the rotational accuracy of the roller are all controlled within 0.01mm, strictly guaranteeing the tooth tip width meets user requirements. Customized racks are applied to improve tooth surface finish while ensuring strength; multiple extended slide blocks are equipped to enhance operation stability and effectively eliminate processing streaks.

2.Reasonable force structure with stable and reliable operation
The cross slide structure facilitates roller loading and unloading. The backlash of gear and rack supports fine adjustment with small transmission clearance and smooth operation. The tool holder and slide plate are arranged perpendicular to the fluting direction, both bearing front-side pressure with a reasonable force path, which brings higher operation stability and longer service life.

3.Comprehensive protection design, durable and easy to maintain
The staggered table structure design keeps metal chips away from core transmission parts such as linear guideways, gears and racks, effectively reducing component wear and prolonging equipment service life. Redundant structure design is adopted in multiple positions: linear guideways can be adjusted for continued use after wear, further extending service life. The whole machine reserves an interface for the coolant circulation system.
