BS-D75 is a hot-selling small copper granulator machine in BSGH. Although our BS-D75 is small and cheap, but the purity of final copper is as clean as big capacity machine and middle capacity machine.

This model also can be customized single phase type. But I still suggest you choose three phases for more stable working performance. If you have less scrap wire, you can choose our BS-S05 and BS-S10, these 2models are mini granulators specialized made for single phase voltage.

Machine Sructures

Crushing equipment: the main crusher, the blades will finish the crushing process.

Separation equipment: air separator device, wind and screen mainly complete the initial separation of copper and plastic.

Small vibrating bed, vibration will carry out secondary separation.

PCL control system: you can control the operation of the whole machine by this part.
