Main Components Of The Machine:

Main Crusher. The main crusher adopts a high-hardness spindle and alloy steel blade to ensure the raw material can be completely crushed. High-hardness spindle and alloy steel blades are so durable and you needn’t change the blade frequently.
The first separation part of ECO1000 is air separation equipment, this processing won’t change the chemical attributes, and the final copper particles and plastic particles can be directly recycled. And two separators working at the same time greatly increase the working efficiency.
A small vibrating table will carry on the secondary separation, copper outlet and plastic outlet are respectively equipped with a small vibrating table, and the vibrator table will separate the copper granules and plastic granules again to reach a recycling rate of 99.9%.
The dust collection system has high dust removal efficiency and can effectively control dust overflow.
