a.Products:This line can be used to produce corn flakes, breakfast cereals, snacks by adjusting the dies from extruder.
b.Raw materials:Kinds of cereals, such as: corn flour, rice flour, corn grits, millet and so on.
c.Machine material:All the machines are made of Stainless steel 201.If you have special requirement, we also have SS304, SS316 for your choose.
d.Voltage:Chinese Input Voltage is 380V/ 50Hz /3. If it is different from yours voltage, we will adjust it.

5.Machine packing & Shipping5- Detailed structure of twin-screw extruder:
The Twin-screw extruder is made up of the feeding system ,extruding system,cutting system,heating system,transmission system and controlling system.We will feed the material from the feeding machine and get the tissue state by inflating the material and the machine barrel must be high temperature,high pressure and high cutting.The material can be sterilized by the high temperature and high pressure.
