It can produce dough in diffrent thickness with adjustable rollers for all kind of phyllo pastries such as baklava, borek etc . It is movable. It can produce 80-100 kg dough sheets per hour. The machine can work indefinitely with dough and without dough that it will not damage the rollers when it is empty working during the operation. It has external cooling system. There are two starch units in front and behind the machine which can save 70-75% starch. The rollers has self-cleaning system which makes rollers to be clean during operation.
