Even the cheapest version, the JAB 9.0, is equipped with a Rock
Shox Pike RCT3, giving you a solid and reliable basis for fun
on any terrain.
Highlights of the Jab 9.0
The reliable Rock Shox Deluxe RT3 at the rear can absorb
all shocks. The combination of 11-speed rear detailleur and SLX
cassette gets you up any incline while the strapping Magura MT5
gives you plenty of power on frenetic downhills. The elegant
Race Face cockpit, with its wide 780mm bars and short stem
allow you to precisely and safely control high speeds. The DT
Swiss E1900 is a true friend on rough trails, and the SDG
adjustable seat post provides the freedom of movement you need.
A well-designed combination of Schwalbe’s Magic Mary with Addix
Soft and the Rock Razor with the light-rolling Addix Speedgrip
compound is the ideal compromise for down- and uphills. Let the
fun begin!
The Jab Family
Without a perfect frame, the very best equipment would be
completely useless! In each version, the JAB supplies an
ultralight, robust carbon fibre frame in the Stealth look,
27.5” wheels, 160-170mm travel front and rear, a new aggressive
geometry for a smoother ride, and many new features. As usual,
we’ve put in a generous range of equipment for a perfect fit,
to give you the JAB feeling, too.
The Jab Frame
The frame, a highly rigid and lightweight construction
made of carbon fibre composite materials in the Stealth look
with a full 160-170mm of suspension travel, will take you
beyond the comfort zone. Your requirements come first. A flip
chip allows you to adjust the JAB’s suspension in two positions
and change steering and seat angles by up to 0.6°. Design
highlights are also evident in the details: concealed
Horst-link suspension, internal cable routing, precision fit
stays, e-mount chip, and a look as if forged from a single
block. It’s what you’ve always been looking for!
