TIANTAI’s 2-Vessel Brewhouses
Our 2-vessel is intended for a multitude of applications, whilst maximizing the use of space through higher specification design and flexibility when compared with the other two vessel options.
The smaller batch size makes a 2-vessel brewhouse perfect for brewery taps, brewpub, or as a pilot plant for larger production operations. Our focus on aesthetics mixes form and function, making the system perfect for any retail environment.

TIANTAI’s 3-Vessel Brewhouses
3-vessel systems are available with several options to help deliver brewing efficiency, control & automation, and overall flexibility. Should you need it, the 3-vessel is also capable of five or six brews for a day, depending on the configuration.

TIANTAI’s 4-Vessel Brewhouses
Our 4-vessel brewhouse is the best way to maximize production and cost efficiency. There’s a Mash Tun, Lauter Tun, Brew kettle and Whirlpool for a complete, un-compromised brewing process. Where smaller designs use multi-function vessels for mashing or boiling, 4-vessel allows for more brewing cycles per day, with flexibility built in, and no compromise on wort quality.

Our brewhouses are manufactured for every type of brew and we can offer a fully automated PLC system, a semi-automated brewhouse system or a completely manual brewhouse, depending on specific requirements. Our breweries range from as small as 1HL to 50HL and
larger.
Full stainless-steel construction of all wetted parts, platforms, legs, staircases, hand railings, flues, fixtures, and fittings.
Mash tun
Mash Tun is a brewhouse vessel used for mixing ground malt with temperature-controlled water.
The agitator blade geometry guarantees consistent flow across the bottom heating zone of the mash vessel and throughout the entire cross-section of the mash.
Hydrator pre-masher enables the process to be conducted with no dust generation and without clumping, even at the highest of throughputs or when mashing in thick. The entire process of mashing in can be observed through the cylindrical sight glass, which also enables monitoring of the grist feed.

Lauter tun
Our lauter tun is low and wide to have the best filtration ratio.
Special raking knives keep washouts from forming in the grain bed
The design and arrangement of the raking knives have been purposefully adapted to the individual layers and zones of the grain bed.
Integrated, VFD speed and function-controlled rake system designed to cut and lift grain bed to maximize extract yield, reduce lautering time and automate grain out processes
Custom-designed wedge wire false bottom designed to maximize yield and minimize grain pass-through
Grain out access manway for easy and efficient grain out processing
Multipoint wort collection design for uniform bed formation and high-yield extract collection

Boil kettle
Tiantai’s wort boiling system recirculates the wort through the kettle frequently which guarantees uniform treatment of the wort.
Our process control enables undesirable aroma substances to be driven out effectively with low energy consumption. Upon request, we can combine additional technologies to further reduce the amount of evaporation required.
Reduced energy requirement due to lower total evaporation
Best wort quality due to flexible adjustment of boiling parameters to the individual beer type
Reduced cleaning is required due to the constant flow already in the heating phase
Flexible batch size due to possible boiling of partial quantities

Whirlpool tun
Using a whirlpool tun is considered the smartest method of hot trub separation.
Tangential inlet for high centrifugal circulation of wort and trub separation
Designed to maximize wort yield with sloping bottom

Heating
We have a range of kettle heating options including electric, direct fire or steam, depending on the site and local utility costs and the scope of your project.
Electric - Available on 200L to 3000L.
Direct Fire - Available on 500L, 800L, 1000L and 1500L.
Steam - Available on 500L to 15000L.

Sanitary
All systems and vessels are CIP designed for ease of cleaning.
Check the valve and air filter for the wort aeration system to prevent wort seepage into the CO2 tube.
All stainless-steel piping is purged and welded.
Suggested cleaning chemicals and procedures provided prior to system start-up.
