ZSZ-2020 Double-head Conical Paper Pipe Production Line

Our factory(Hebei Zengshan Intelligent Science and Technology Co.,Ltd) has improved and developed on the basis of the original cone paper tube machine. Now we have developed a new double-head cone paper tube machine. This machine draws on foreign advanced technologies such as Germany and South Korea, and uses high-quality accessories such as Japan NSK bearing, Taiwan Delta PLC, Taiwan Delta servo motor, Taiwan Adak cylinder, Delixi electric appliance, Taiwan deceleration motor, etc. It has realized the production of high-quality cone paper tubes by using new technologies and new processes of mechatronics. The total power of the whole machine is 45KW, the operating power is 23KW, the whole machine is 14m long, 7m wide and 3.6m high. 110 conical paper tubes can be produced per minute. According to the calculation of the conventional 5 57' paper tube, the original required paper width (640 mm× 2) is 1280 mm, and the current paper width is 1170mm, which saves 110mm of paper and greatly reduces the cost of paper tube.
