Product Details

Yttrium stabilized zirconia beads, with a zirconia content of approximately 95%, are commonly referred to as “95 zirconia” or “pure zirconia beads”. It uses yttrium oxide as a stabilizer and uses high whiteness and fineness raw materials to ensure that zirconia beads do not contaminate the material.

Properties:

Zirconia balls have characteristics such as high strength, high toughness, good wear resistance, high temperature and corrosion resistance, high stiffness, non magnetic conductivity, and electrical insulation at room temperature.
At 600 ℃, the strength and hardness of zirconia ceramic balls remain almost unchanged, and their thermal expansion rate is close to that of metals, making them suitable for use with metals.

Applications:

High precision zirconia ceramic balls are mainly used as valve balls, all ceramic bearings, measurement balls, trackballs, and fine grinding balls. They can be used in high temperature, corrosion resistance, insulation, magnetic isolation, non lubrication, and other occasions. They are an ideal material to replace steel balls under corrosive conditions.
