1.Product description

Vacuum distillation process is a clean metallurgy process which is widely used to separate the metal with different properties in gasification and condensation.

CHMM horizontal vacuum distillation Zinc furnace is to separate Zinc from Silver, Lead, Nickel and Indium alloy by using the different saturated vapor pressure between metals.

It is mainly consisted by sealed distillation chamber and condensing chamber, equipped with heating electrode in distillation chamber and the thermal holding electrode in condensing chamber respectively. Also the thermocouple are set as plum blossom pile and distributed at the bottom, top and side part of the condensing chamber, it connected with the external controls together with the thermal holding electrode. The thermocouple and thermal holding electrode are all connected to the external automation control system which could adjust the temperature of thermal holding electrode automatically, so that to control the Zinc vapor condensation speed and achieving the automatic temperature control in the furnace.
