YZDC Series Side
Plate Vibrating Motor
Produce
Introduction
1.Brief Introduction
Its working principle is similar to that of the universal
vibration motor. It uses the high-speed rotation of the eccentric
blocks at both ends to generate vibration force as the vibration
source. It can be used as the vibration source for vibration
hoppers, vibrating screens, circular vibrating screens, vibrating
feeders, and vibrating conveyors to meet the explosion-proof
environment requirements for vibration.
2.Characteristic
This series of vibration motors possess the advantages of
reasonable design, compact structure, high excitation efficiency,
energy saving, long service life, reliable operation, and
convenient installation and debugging.
3.Parameter
Characteristic:
high strength :Due to the
unique nature of the product, the shell is made of ductile iron
casting, which is fully enclosed, shock-resistant and has high
strength.
ultra-long life :Advanced design, precise
manufacturing, strict quality control, and the selection of
high-quality components all contribute to its extremely long
service life.
Multiple vibration forms:Multiple machines can
be combined to form various vibration forms, in order to meet
various operational requirements.
Wide application:It is widely applied in fields
such as machinery, food, chemical industry, grain, ores, casting,
coal, and light industry.
continuous working:S1 operates continuously,
enabling the vibrating machinery to run 24 hours a day, thereby
enhancing production efficiency.
low cost:Reduce the complexity of traditional
mechanical processing and production costs, achieve standardized
production, and have high production
efficiency.

installation
instructions
The connection
planes of the vibration motor and the vibration machinery both
adopt a 6.3 cleanliness processing surface. The strength of the
anchor bolts shall not be lower than grade 8.8. Spring washers
and other anti-loosening parts should be used. The vibration
motor should be firmly installed on the vibration machinery. When
tightening the anchor bolts, use a torque wrench to tighten to
the following torques:
After the motor has been running for 10
minutes, it should be stopped so that the torque wrench can be
used to check the tightness of all the bolts. If there is any
slight loosening, it should be tightened as per the table. After
running for another two or three hours, the tightening procedure
should be repeated. If the motor continues to operate in the
following one or two days, the bolt tightness should be checked
again every three or four hours. After that, it can be inspected
once every four to six weeks.
Note: The tightening torque of the motor installation bolts and
the verification procedures mentioned above are extremely
important for the protection of the motor. Damage to the
vibration motor is often caused by improper tightening of the
installation bolts!
Adjustment of excitation
force
Horizontal vibration motors with
an excitation force of less than 75KN at the time of manufacture
will have their excitation force adjusted to a certain level. For
those with an excitation force of 75KN or more (including 75KN),
the excitation force will be adjusted to approximately 70% at the
time of manufacture. During use, the eccentric block can be
adjusted to generate the appropriate working torque and
excitation force to achieve the required vibration amplitude for
the vibrating machinery.
regulating step
(1) Remove the protective covers at both ends.
(2) At each end of the vibration motor, there are two eccentric
blocks. The inner eccentric block is a fixed eccentric block,
while the outer eccentric block is a variable eccentric block. By
loosening the angle between the outer eccentric block and the
fixed eccentric block, the magnitude of the excitation force can
be changed. The excitation force at different angles is shown in
the figure. The positions of the eccentric blocks at both ends
must be symmetrical and consistent.
(3) Tighten the compression bolts of the eccentric block and
install the protective cover.
Note: Except for special
application scenarios, the percentage of eccentric blocks at both
ends of the shaft must be equal. Otherwise, the motor will
generate extremely large out-of-phase excitation forces, which
may cause damage to its mechanical equipment.
Lubrication of bearings
(1). Oil filler cap
Large and medium-sized vibration motors usually have oil
injection ports, while small-sized motors do not have such ports
installed.
(2). Types and quantities of lubricating grease
Note: The quality and quantity of the lubricating grease for the
vibration motor are of great significance to the normal operation
of the motor. For our company's vibration motors, we recommend
using SHELL ALVANIAR3 (No. 3 lithium-based lubricating grease)
produced by Shell Oil Company.
(3). Time for applying lubricating grease
The motor with an oil injection port should be lubricated with
grease after 300 hours of operation. From then on, grease should
be added every 500 hours. If the motor fails to add grease in
accordance with the instructions in the manual, and is left in a
high-temperature environment for a long time, the grease will dry
and harden, causing the oil passage to become blocked. This will
prevent the grease from being added normally and eventually lead
to abnormal damage of the bearing.
If the operating temperature of the vibration motor is above
75ºC, it is necessary to frequently add oil according to the
actual situation. For motors without an oil injection port, the
bearings should be disassembled and cleaned at the prescribed
operation time, and new lubricating grease should be replaced.
For motors with an oil injection port, the bearings also need to
be disassembled, cleaned and re-lubricated regularly. The
frequency of disassembly, cleaning and re-lubrication should be
determined according to the operating temperature of the
motor.
Note: When the vibration motor is first operated, the temperature
of the motor bearing area may be relatively high. A small amount
of excess lubricating grease will flow out. After the motor heats
up, it will return to normal. Vibration motors are often damaged
due to improper addition and replacement of lubricating grease.
Therefore, adding and replacing the lubricating grease according
to the regulations is extremely important for ensuring the normal
operation of the vibration motor!
Other matters needing
attention
1. Horizontal vibration motors
without protective covers are not allowed to operate. Vertical
vibration motors should have reliable protective devices to
prevent the hazards caused by the excitation blocks.
2. The electronic control system of this product should be
equipped with a reliable grounding device and protective devices
(such as phase loss protection and overcurrent protection).
3. Before starting the operation of this product, the following
items should be checked:
(1) Whether the installation of the vibration motor and the
fasteners are firm and reliable.
(2) Is the connection of the power cable for the vibration motor
correct and secure?
(3) Are the grounding and protection devices for the vibration
motor in place?
4. When the vibration motor is first used or after being placed
for a long time, before starting to use it, a 500V megohmmeter
should be used to measure the insulation of the stator coil. The
insulation should be no less than 20M. If the value does not
reach this level, the motor must undergo drying treatment (remove
the bearing housing and other components of the motor, and
directly blow warm air at a temperature not exceeding 75ºC into
the motor to remove the moisture, which is more effective).
5. During operation, one should frequently monitor the
equipment's performance. If there are any abnormal conditions
such as overheating (above 90ºC), abnormal sounds, or severe oil
leakage, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection
and repair.
6. Before use, you must carefully read the user manual of the
vibration motor.
