The machines have a completely steel body structure. The log loading unit is made of high-strength thick steel to resist impacts during loading. The movement of the boiler is provided by the reducer chain (Reducer chain dimensions: Length: 140 cm Width: 60 cm). Rotation of each roller is provided with 7,5KW (10HP) motor and 3800 rpm with V belt system. The produced chip is discharged from the machine with conveyor belt system. The quantity and quality of sawdust to be produced varies depending on the load of the billet loading unit, the moisture content of the billets loaded and the component structure. Cutting rollers are designed and manufactured to produce the highest quality product. The machine is operated by a control panel designed separately from the main unit. There are also emergency stop buttons.

In parallel with these features, our machine makes it possible to produce sawdust in the desired quality, in the desired quantity and at the desired time.
