Official HGP32 Concrete Placing Boom.
HGP32 concrete placing boom is a kind of equipment used together
with concrete pump, which can rise inside building and realize
ideal concrete placement. It is researched and developed by
incorporating advanced SCHWING technology of placing boom and
adopting such design method as finite element analysis. The
structural parts mainly consist of foundation base, standard
section assembly, climbing device, base frame, turret assembly,
boom assembly and protection device, etc, The hydraulic and
electrical parts mainly include swivel device, slewing bearing,
power unit, climbing and elevating cylinder, hydraulic system and
pipeline, electrical system, hydraulic oil tank and slewing
lubrication, etc.

1. Automatic climbing
technology
Now, most placing booms in the market adopt cylinder jacking for
climbing. The automatic climbing system of SCHWING placing boom

2. External linkage of concrete
pump truck boom
External linkage is also one of the typical marks in integrating

problem of boom transverse swing. The optimization of connecting
pin roll fixing ways has ensured the distance between booms,
avoided possibly existing interference problem and guaranteed
reliability.
3. Full filtering
All loop tanks are equipped with full filtering system of oil
suction and oil return which ensures system cleanness, prolongs
service life of hydraulic elements and hydraulic oil, and
generates higher operational reliability of hydraulic
system.
