2)Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

Q3: What is your payment term?

A: Our payment term is 30% deposit pay in advance,balance cleared before shipment. 
for small amount less than 1000 USD, please pay 100% deposit in advance to reduce the bank charge.

A: All of our items will be strictly according to FDA/LFGB regulation. But the fee for test like FDA, LFGB or Reach, etc. should be payed for your side.
