The wood drying chamber is designed for drying stacked lumber to a final moisture content of 8-12% and allows for front-loading with a forklift. The standard configuration of the drying chamber includes:
* body constructed from high-strength aluminum alloys.
* air circulation system (800mm diameter fans, each with 6 adjustable aluminum blades).
* supply and exhaust ventilation system (air dampers).
* heating system (heat exchaners, thermal valves, pump, shut-off valve).
* humidification system (nozzles, spray pipes, valves).
* air heating system.
* electrical control cabinet.
* fully automated control system.
The drying process inside the chamber is achieved through the reversible movement of heated air between the stacks of pre-packed lumber. The air is heated by radiators via the circulation of superheated water. The MGLD model is suitable for drying all wood species, is reliable, and cost-effective to operate.
