After-Sales Service of Exported Product Quality

With the principle of thoughtful service and reliable product quality, we make the commitments to users as below:

1.Product quality promise:

1-1. product manufacturing and testing are standard compliant.

1-2. To ensure the quality can satisfy customer's requirements. all products have been tested by professional QC persons with equipment 

2. Spare parts:

According to the order quantity, we will provide customer 2% of power board and common components (such as MOS tube, FUSE, etc.) together with the finished products.

3. Service within the warranty period:

3-1. If there is any quality problem during 1 year warranty. we wil bear all the responsibility once the defective product is confirmed by evidence of the photos and videos. then we will send corresponding replace parts soon, and promise to send original authentic parts to guarantee normal use of equipment.

3-2. During the warranty period, if an equipment has same quality problems for three times and can't work after maintenance, we promised to replace it with new equipment of same model.

4. Service beyond the warranty period:

If beyond the warranty period, we still provide equipment replacement and maintenance service, and only charge the spare parts cost but free of service charge.
