Waste tires 废轮胎

The most popular materials for waste tires , final products can be fuel oil, steel wires and carbon black, average oil yield 40%-45%,

废轮胎是裂解最常用的原料， 终端产品是燃料油， 钢丝以及炭黑， 平均出油率在40%-45%

Waste Plastics 废塑料

Plastics can be PP/PE/PS/ABS，PP/PS 60%-70%,HDPE around 80%, ABS about 40%. plastic pyrolysis will generated a large scale of combustible gas,which will be recycled in the system

塑料可以为PP/PE/PS/ABS 等， PP/PS 出油率60-70%， 高密PE料可达到80%左右， ABS 塑料40%左右， 塑料裂解会产生大量可燃气体

Oil Sludge 油泥

Final products from oil sludge will be mainly slag and oil, yield depends on the materials, the main purpose is to realize zero pollution releasing.

油泥裂解终端产品是燃料油和渣土， 出油率取决于原料，主要目的为零污染排放

Mixed MSW needs to be sorted firstly, plastics separated from MSW can be processed, oil yield of mixed plastics will be 30-50%.

Medical waste needs to be disinfected by microwave before processing in pyrolysis system, oil yield will be 30-50%

Aluminized Paper 铝箔纸

Aluminized Paper can be processed by pyrolysis system, oil yield depends on materials , averagely plastic including materials is 35%, aluminum around 20%.

铝箔纸也可以被裂解设备处理， 出油率具体根据原料变动， 含塑料铝箔纸平均35% 出油率， 铝可在20% 左右

Waste Cables 废电缆

Oil yield of waste cables depend on the materials, PE cable can reach above 70%, Rubber cables around 35%, metals (copper or aluminum) will be separated.

废电缆的出油率根据具体电缆种类不同， PE 电缆可达到70% 以上， 橡胶电缆35% 左右， 电缆内金属会被分离， 可单独售卖。
